I have been using the "Red Therapy Panel" for over two weeks. It does help with the cramping in my feet, legs, and the pain in my elbow. Haven't really noticed a loss of fat but I haven't been using it for that long or for that reason.

I have used items like this before, but this one is definitely better made. It has many benefits as it claims and hightly recommended. I do recommend using this on bare skin as it'll work better that way.

I loved the other one I bought like this. I haven�t opened this one yet, but I need 2 of them to use for my front and back at the same time. It will save me some time�.

I've been dealing with serious back pain issues for 10 years, so I've tried just about everything for any kind of relief. I've seen red light therapy devices before, and even used one at the chiropractor, but have always been a sceptic of how effective it actually is. I am very pleased with it though, as it does help more than a standard pad, so I will continue using it and hope that leads to a longer lasting solution!

This red light therapy belt is extremely easy and simple to use. Red light is supposed to be really great for you so I�m hoping I see some results from this. It came packaged really nicely as well. So far so good!

I love our red light panel, and try to use it daily. After a month of daily use, I had pain relief in my lower back that I have been struggling with for several years. That alone has made me an advocate for red light therapy. I use it for ten minutes front and back as many days a week that I can manage.

I purchased this panel 6 months ago for at home use. I work in an alternative medical clinic and value the benefits of red light. This at home panel has worked great, I can tell the absorption of my methylene blue works better when I use this. Also at night before bed has helped deepen my sleep for sure! Highly recommend!

Sturdy, simple, and effective. So I've added red light therapy to my recovery routine (15 minutes front and back every other day) and I am amazed at how I have been able to break through weightlifting plateaus. I ordered this for my son who injured his shoulder. He sometimes feel pain in his shoulder. This therapy pad works well for him. He says it is easy to uses and really does help ease the pain he has. He likes that it has a multifunction setting for the whole body. Very convenient.

This red light device is very well made and a great value as well. It is compact, yet large enough to bathe my torso in red and infrared light therapy. I noticed pain relief (osteo arthritis in spine) within just the first few treatments. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Very pleased with the quality and size of the 1620 Watts/324 LED red-light sytem. When used on the floor its more than tall enough to to accomodate a sitting person. It�s certainly worth the investment if you�re wanting to explore red light therapy.
